ASHTABULA — David A. Woodworth, born March 17, 1943, passed away Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, at Carington Park in Ashtabula, Ohio.
David was preceded in death by his father, Elton C. Woodworth, and his mother, Lena Balogh-Woodworth.
He is survived by a sister, two brothers, two nieces, a nephew and great-nieces and nephews.
Private Services to be held at Union Cemetery in Rock Creek, Ohio.
