DOVER — Brinda F. Murphy, age 43, formerly of Conneaut, Ohio, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio.
Born on March 26, 1969, in Ashtabula, Ohio, Brinda was the daughter of Richard L. and Fayda (Tackett) Murphy. She was a 1987 graduate of Conneaut High School.
She was a waitress at Gully’s Galley and worked at McDonald’s, until her disability.
Brinda enjoyed art and drawing, and was very creative. She also liked animals and loved birds. She especially loved the time she spent with her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard in 2003; paternal grandparents, Herbert and Lida Murphy; maternal grandparents, Ray and Irene Tackett; and great-grandma, “Mommom” Williams.
Brinda is survived by her mother, Fayda Murphy of Conneaut; sisters, Jeanie and John Sabo of Conneaut and Mary Murphy of Ashtabula; a brother, Patrick Murphy Bowers; sisters, Angie and Shelley; nieces and nephews, Heaven, Haleigh, John Richard and Kayla Sabo; and two great-nieces, Lainna and Alyssa.
Calling Hours will be held on Friday, Jan. 18th, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the RAISIAN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 581 Harbor St., Conneaut.
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19th, at the RAISIAN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 581 Harbor St., Conneaut, with the Rev. Robert Falke, of the Church of The Living God, officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Rt. 20, North Kingsville, Ohio.
