ASHTABULA — Joanne Carmella Rose Mears, 76, of E. 31st St., died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009, at home surrounded by her loving family. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Zaback-Ducro Funeral Home, Ashtabula.
