CLEVELAND — Maxine Pack, 73, a resident of Ashtabula, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at University Hospital of Cleveland.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 17th, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River St., Madison, Ohio. Burial will be at Whitehaven Memorial Park, Mayfield.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 16th, at the funeral home.
