CHARDON — Jean E. Smolik (nee: McLean), 86, of Chardon, Ohio, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, at Chardon Healthcare.
Funeral will be 10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 14th, at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon, Ohio, with Pastor Joe Woods, of the Chesterland Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Chagrin Falls.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m., Today, Nov. 13th, at the funeral home.
