EAST SPRINGFIELD, Pa. — Arthur R. “Roy” Phillips Jr., 67, of East Springfield, Pa., died unexpectedly Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009, of a probable coronary.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 1st, at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, Ohio.
