CONNEAUT — Fannie Marie Clark, age 73, of Conneaut, Ohio, died Tuesday morning, Feb. 5, 2013, at Lake Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Conneaut, where she had been a patient for the past five days.
She was born Jan. 12, 1940, in Claysburg, Pa., the daughter of Victor and Harriett (Allison) Ridenour.
A Conneaut resident since 1960, Fannie was employed at Spectrum Control until retiring in 1996. She was a member of Conneaut Moose Lodge #472, and enjoyed crocheting, ceramics, traveling, camping, and especially being with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Sharon (Steve) Betts of Mentor, Ohio, Nadine (Chris) Meade of Conneaut, Merell Barnes of Conneaut, Harold (Kandy) Hite Jr. of Conneaut, Steven Hite of Key West, Fla. and Eugene (Cheryl) Barnes of Conneaut; and close family friend, Deanna Gonzalaz of Ashtabula; sisters, Sarah Burkhard of Williamsburg, Pa., Joyce Ridenour of Portage, Pa. and Carol Clapper of Roaring Springs, Pa.; brothers, Elwood (Linda) Ridenour of Duncansville, Pa., Leroy Ridenour of Ashtabula, Ohio, Wayne (Barb) Ridenour of Jefferson, Ohio, Victor (Judy) Ridenour of Altoona, Pa., Dennis (Becky) Ridenour of Springboro, Pa., John (Drema) Ridenour of West Virginia, and Homer (Anna) Ridenour of Ashtabula; 18 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and more distant relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dale Clark; three sisters, Louise Gamlin, and twin sisters, Bonnie and Connie; and a grandson, Harold Hite III.
Funeral Services will be 12 Noon, Friday, Feb. 8th, at MARCY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTER, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, with the Rev. Kenneth G. Roberts, of Revival Center Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memory Gardens, North Kingsville, Ohio.
Calling Hours will be from 10 a.m. until time of Service, Friday, at the Funeral Home.
