CHARDON — Services for Adam J. Nolan, 19, of Chardon, will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 21st, at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Adam died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at UHHS Geauga Regional Hospital.
The family request donations to Teen Challenge, P.O. Box 115, Perry, Ohio 44081, in Adam’s Memory.
