ASHTABULA — Edwin S. Cieslewicz, 91, of Dunkirk, N.Y., died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at Country Club Retirement Center.
A memorial service in Dunkirk, N.Y. is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
