NAVARRE, Fla. — Howard “Stump” Young Jr., 62, formerly of Ashtabula County, Ohio, died Saturday, March 2, 2013. A veteran, he served with the U.S. Coast Guard from 1969 to 1973 and was also a Vietnam Vet.
Calling hours are 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at Lewis Funeral Home, 7794 Navarre Parkway, Navarre, Fla. 32566, with memorial service at 2 p.m. Celebration of Life will follow at 4 p.m. at the American Legion Post #382, Navarre, Fla.
