ASHTABULA — Rinaldo DiFranco, age 66, of Ashtabula, died Tuesday, May 8, 2012, at home.

Born Sept. 30, 1944, in Montalto, Italy, he was the son of Raffaele and Ida (Frate) DiFranco.

Survivors include his wife, Maria DiFranco of Ashtabula; first wife, Almerinda DiFranco of Fullerton Calif.; sons, Antonio (Rosa) DiFranco of Corona, Calif., Carlo (Debbie) Ferrando of Tulsa, Okla., Maurizio (Gabriela) DiFranco of Fullerton Calif., Johnny (Karen) Ferrando of Saybrook Township and Franco DiFranco of Fullerton, Calif.; daughter, Rosemary (Ron) Phelps of Ashtabula; grandchildren, Christina Stevenson, Giovanni DiFranco, Chelsie Jones, Kyle Jones, Amber Justmann, Jennifer Craft and Joseph Phelps; great-grandchildren, Christopher and Joseph Stevenson; brothers, Alfredo (Melina) DiFranco of Italy, Remo (Lois) DiFranco of Chesterland and Vincenzino (Cynthia) DiFranco of Willoughby; and many loving nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Antonio DiFranco; and a nephew, Dino DiFranco.

Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, May 12th, at GUERRIERO FUNERAL HOME, 1550 W. 19th St., Ashtabula, with entombment to follow in Greenlawn Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, at the Funeral Home.
