PHOENIX, Ariz. — Former Conneaut resident, Jayne D. (Tinney) Danylchuk, 39, died unexpectedly of probable spinal meningitis on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012, in Phoenix, Ariz.
Memorial service will be held 3 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 5th, at Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut.
Calling hours will be from 1p.m. until time of service, Saturday, at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League.
