ASHTABULA — Marian J. Brennan, age 82, of North Kingsville, Ohio, died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, at Ashtabula County Medical Center.
Born on April 23, 1930, in Conneaut, Ohio, she was the daughter of Adam and Agnes (Dec) Surma and graduated from Conneaut High School, Class of 1948. She married John “Jack” Brennan in 1952.
She worked for the Nickle Plate Railroad until 1957.
Mrs. Brennan enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, her pets and her granddaughter.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Brennan; granddaughter, Megan Brennan; sister, Helen Laine; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; sons, Thomas and James; brother, Leonard Surma; and a sister, Regina Lengyel.
At Marian’s request there will be no calling hours. A Private Graveside Service will be held at Greenlawn Memory Gardens.
