CLEVELAND — Joseph W. Osika Jr., age 59, of Andover, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at University Hospitals in Cleveland.
Born June 17, 1953, in McKeesport, Pa., he was a graduate of Pymatuning Valley High School.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen (née: Huber) and Joseph W. Osika Sr.; and his sister, Helene.
Joe was a teacher at Ashtabula County Technical Career Center and worked the oil fields, Delta Railroad and had many other skills.
He was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church and his beloved passions were fishing and cooking.
Joe will be deeply missed by his family: Michael of Ashtabula, Martin (Helen) of Kinsman, Martha (William) Revelt of Andover and Mary (Daniel) Thompson of Ashtabula. He leaves behind two nieces; three nephews; many great-nieces and nephews; and godchild, Helen Revelt.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 15th, at Our Lady of Victory Church, 481 S. Main St., Andover, Ohio 44003.
