GENEVA —
Edward T. Prochaska, age 74, a resident of Concord Township, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at Rae-Ann Geneva Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Geneva, Ohio.
Edward was a graduate of Benedictine High School. On Sept. 1, 1962, he married Carole Eppich in Willowick, Ohio.
For over 37 years, Edward worked for Ohio Bell, retiring in 1992.
He loved golfing with his family and spending time with his wife traveling to Myrtle Beach.
Survivors include his wife, Carole Prochaska of Concord Township; sons, Jim Prochaska of Rock Creek, Ohio, and Mike (Kimmy) Prochaska of Madison; and grandchildren, Heather, Jimmy, Joey, Matthew and Sarah.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Edward Prochaska.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, June 3rd, at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOMES, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio.
