IVINS, Utah —
Janice Mirabell Clark, age 74, of Ivins, Utah, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012, in Las Vegas, Nev.
She was born August 12, 1937 in Ashtabula, Ohio, to Harley Weaver and Anna Fisher Weaver.
Janice was employed at Trans-Plastics in Conneaut, Ohio for many years. She was also a member of the Western Bar 4, a musical group that played in and around the Ashtabula area.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Clark.
Survivors include her children, Linda Lee of West Virginia, John Clark of Nevada and Cathy Poole, Ed Clark and Anna Galea, all of Ohio; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., TODAY, May 25th, at SPILSBURY MORTUARY CHAPEL, 110 S. Bluff St., St. George, Utah. Interment will take place in the Ivins City Cemetery.
A Calling Hour will be held one hour prior to the Services at the Mortuary.
