HAMBDEN TOWNSHIP — Joann M. Modic (nee: Adamic), 58, of Hambden Township, died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at her home.
Mass of Christian burial will be 11:30 a.m., Friday, Feb. 8th, at Church of St. Mary, 401 North St., Chardon.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 7th, at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon.
