ASHTABULA — David L. Theilan, 52, of West 46th St., died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at his home. A veteran of the U. S. Army, he was honorably discharge in 1979.
Arrangements will be announced by Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 500 West Prospect Road, Ashtabula.
