PERRY — Jerry W. Burns, 64, of Perry, Ohio, formerly of Dallas, Texas, died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at home. He served in the U.S. Army as a medic in Germany during the Vietnam War.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 6th, at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison, Ohio. Funeral service will follow at 4 p.m.
