ASHTABULA — Frances L. Downs, 77, died Sunday evening, Nov. 11, 2012, at the Ashtabula County Medical Center.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Thursday, at Guerriero Funeral Home, 1550 W. 19th St., Ashtabula, Ohio, with burial to follow in Griggs Corner Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
