GENEVA — JoAnn Loftus, 84, of Clay St., Geneva, Ohio, died early Friday morning, Nov. 16, 2012, at the Geneva Village where she has been a resident the past year.
Arrangements will be announced by the Ashtabula Home of the Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors, Inc., 526 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula.
