CHARDON TOWNSHIP — Regina L. Coughlin (née: Westfall), 73, of Chardon Township, died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2012, at UHHS Geauga Regional Hospital.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Monday, at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon, Ohio, with Pastor Allen Wilson, of Impact Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Mentor Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
