MIDDLEFIELD — Vivian Jane Marsh, age 82, of Middlefield, formerly of Orwell, Ohio, died Monday, Dec. 24, 2012.
She was born Nov. 6, 1930, the daughter of Homer B. Mann and Ruth Cook. She lived most of her life in Orwell, graduating from the Orwell High School in 1948.
Jane was a member of the Orwell North Presbyterian Church, and was married to Donald A. Marsh Sr. on June 15, 1951.
She worked various jobs including Society Bank, Optometrists Dr. Talcott and Dr. McVey, and as an Avon representative.
She is survived by two children, Donald A. Marsh Jr. (Mary Ann) of Orwell and Susan J. Jackson (James) of Niles, Ohio; four grandchildren, Brian (Ashley) Jackson, Matthew (Sharon) Jackson, Donald Marsh III and Andrew Marsh; and one great-grandson, Colin Jackson.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a sister, Betty Kellogg.
A Memorial Service will be held at Orwell North Presbyterian Church, 135 N. Maple St. Orwell, Ohio 44076 on Thursday, Jan. 3rd, at 2 p.m., with Pastor Sandy Seaton-Todd officiating.
Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the Service at the Church with a Private Committal Service to be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to Orwell North Presbyterian Church or Hospice of Western Reserve, 300 E. 185th St. Cleveland, Ohio 44119. Envelopes will be provided at the church. Arrangements are being handled by PAINE-GUERRIERO FUNERAL HOME, 140 E. Main St. Orwell.
