JEFFERSON — Sally Anne Wolford, age 70, of Southington, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Jefferson Health Care Center.
She was born May 1, 1942, in Ashtabula, Ohio, a daughter of the late William Hoplight and the late Irene Rood Hoplight. She married Edward Wolford on June 18, 1969.
Sally was a member of Leavittsburg Church of God and had a passion for singing gospel music. She also enjoyed listening to Oldies 50s and 60s music. She loved traveling and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Wolford of Southington, Ohio; sons, Theron K. Wolford of Madison, Ohio, and Dennis E. (Leslie) Wolford of Southington, Ohio; granddaughters, Marena, Auburne and Logan Wolford; sisters, Pam Chapman, Karen Harchalk and Gloria Farr, all of Ashtabula; and brothers, Mark and Bill Hoplight, both of Ashtabula and Pete Hoplight of Seattle, Wash.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Jack, David and Ted Hoplight.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 12th, at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, 533 North Park Ave., Warren, Ohio, where Pastor Mark Rasey will officiate. Interment will be in Meadow Brook Memorial Park, Warren.
Friends may come from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11th, at the Funeral Home.
