VACAVILLE, Calif. — Thomas T. Rayl, 67, formerly of Chardon, died Thursday, June 25, 2009, at his home.
Celebration of life service is 1 p.m. today at McCune Garden Chapel, 212 Main St., Vacaville, Calif.
