Two area boys basketball games were postponed Friday night, while a girls game and a boys game scheduled for today have followed suit.
The Jefferson-at-Lakeview game slated for Friday night was called off because threats made by junior-high students forced Jefferson to close its buildings.
No makeup date has been set.
The Lakeside-at-Riverside boys game scheduled for Friday night was pushed back because of weather. Riverside athletic director George Bellios reports the Premier Athletic Conference contest has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 8.
The girls-boys doubleheader between Horizon Science Academy and Conneaut slated for today has been postponed.
No makeup date has been set, according to Conneaut AD Jim Campbell.
