Slowpitch Roundup: Just in Time snaps way to W

Nick Presciano had a cycle at the plate to lead Just In Time Staffing to a 16-12 win over Snap Fitness on Tuesday night.

Danny Juhola had two home runs for JIT Staffing. Jaime Presciano had three hits. Tim Bell added a three-run homer. Kurt Eckenrod had a double and a triple for the team. Andy Juhola and Scott Melnik both added two hits.

Dave Clayman, Veric Colbert, Joe Drenik, Snoop Hung and Kevin Senita all had three hits for Snap Fitness. Drenik added a home run.

n Zehrco-Giancola 21, Snap Fitness 6 — Dave Getce, Duane Marshall, Dave Laurenty, Steve Ernst and Terry Tulino all had three hits for Zehrco-Giancola. Getce, Dustin Rhodes and Marshall all had homers. James Goode added four hits for the team. Rodney Artz and Joe Drenik both had two hits and a home run for Snap Fitness. Winning pitcher Kevin Sandella also had three hits.

n Truckin’ Softball 23, Subway/ Chops 8 — Josh Cooper, Jay Yuhasz and Andy Matjecic all had three hits and homers to lead Truckin’. Mike Poston went 3-3 at the plate. Jason Hook added four hits for the team. Nick Henderlight had three hits and a double.

n One-Cut Construction 8, Thoms 3 — Luke Kruzelak went 3-3 at the plate for One-Cut Construction and Dan Henderson went 2-3.

n Geneva Spinal Health 17, Wild Side 10 — Doug Hladek was the winning pitcher to bring his record to 2-1. Ken McLeod led Geneva at the plate with a triple and two singles. Lee Hamilton followed with three singles and Erik McLeod added two singles for the team. Lary Pifer of Wild Side had a double and a triple for his team. Dave Bettcher was 4-4 at the plate.
