The Geneva Junior High girls basketball teams swept Lakeside on Tuesday night. The eighth-graders scored a 34-8 win while the seventh-graders downed the Dragons, 38-12.
Alyssa Scott, Chelsea Scafuro and Emily Ball each scored six points to lead the eighth-grade Eagles.
Danielle Nicholson netted nine points and Sarah Juncker tallied eight for the seventh-grade Eagles.
The eighth-grade Eagles (6-8) will play Chardon at 4:15 p.m. Thursday in first-round action of the Premier Athletic Conference Tournament at Willoughby Middle School.
The seventh-graders (6-8) will play Chardon at 4:15 Friday at Eastlake Middle School in the PAC Tournament.
