JEFFERSON — Two Conneaut men were indicted on three counts of grand theft, three counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of breaking and entering and one count of theft following incidents that allegedly occurred in November 2009, Ashtabula County Court records show.
George Dunavant, 19, of 434 W. Main Road, Apt 202, Conneaut, and Brian L. Sullivan, 24, of Highland Place Apartments, Apt. 202, Conneaut, were indicted relating to incidents that allegedly occurred at a Route 20 store in Geneva Township, court records show. The incidents occurred between Nov. 1 and Nov. 28, 2009.
Other grand jury indictments, according to court records, include:
n Michael A. Bryson Jr., 29, of 5773 Footville-Richmond Road, Dorset, was indicted on four counts of receiving stolen property, all-terrain vehicles, and involved alleged incidents in Jefferson Township on Sept. 28, 2009;
n Stewart G. Stacy, 41, of 557 State St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of theft of more than $500, between Feb. 22, 2008, and July 30, 2009;
n Scott Ketchum, 40, of 6434 Lake Road W., Ashtabula, was indicted on 10 counts of burglary, one count of attempted burglary and 11 counts of theft. The alleged incidents occurred on Dec. 16 and Dec. 17, 2009, in Ashtabula , Saybrook and Austinburg townships, court records show.
n Mandika Smith, 30, of 1631 Tompkins Road, Dorset Township, was indicted on count of receiving stolen property and one count of failure to comply involving an alleged Jan. 1, 2010, incident in Jefferson Township, court records show. Court records allege she tried to elude police and ran a snowmobile into a tree; and
n Charles R. Dougherty, 23, of 1188 Brockway, Rome Township, was indicted on four counts of domestic violence, one count of assault, one count of assaulting a peace officer and one count of attempted escape, court records show.
