JEFFERSON —
Henderson Memorial Library, 54 E. Jefferson St., is hosting a Halloween costume parade and treats event at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.
The event takes place before Trick or Treating begins in the Village from 4 to 6 p.m.
Other area communities have announced Trick or Treating times for their ghouls and goblins who will be seeking candy this Halloween season.
Sheffield Township and Wayne Township will be 5 to 7 p.m., Oct. 31.
