JEFFERSON — An Ashtabula man, one of 10 people indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury, was indicted on five different charges, including rape and kidnapping, according to Ashtabula County Common Pleas Court records.
His indictment, and those of nine others, follows. Court records show:
n William S. Campany, 25, of 5923 Runkle Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted for rape, kidnapping, disrupting public service, aggravated burglary, and assault on a peace officer, court records show. All the charges stem from an incident July 19 in Saybrook Township;
n Laslo C. Fleming, 32, of 5316 Woodman Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine stemming from a May 11 incident in Ashtabula;
n David A. Shumaker, 23, of 607 Thayer Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on the charges of possession of a firearm in a liquor-permit premise and possession of drugs with a specification following a July 27 incident in Geneva-on-the-Lake;
n Valerie M. Killeen, 29, of 4350 Manchester Ave. #31, Perry, was indicted for illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacturing of drugs and complicity for illegal assembly of chemicals for manufacturing of drugs, stemming from a June 20 incident in Geneva Township;
n Pattie E. Neill, 49, of 2394 Hague Road, Orwell, was indicted for possession of cocaine stemming from a Jan. 31 incident in Orwell Township involving less that 5 grams of the drug;
n Terry Edward Scheidt, 19, of 6922 N. Ridge E. #2, Ashtabula, was indicted on charges of grand theft of a firearm and burglary stemming from an incident on or between Aug. 19 and Aug. 20 in Saybrook Township;
n Susan C. Burkey, 45, of 1667 Route 193, Jefferson, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine stemming from a June 16 incident in Geneva Township involving less than 5 grams of cocaine;
n Wilfredo Marrero Jr., 26, of 5715 Woodman Ave., Apt. 1, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property stemming from an incident Aug. 17 involving a dirt bike;
n Mark K. Vandergriff, 45, of 3014 Morningside Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted for assault on a peace officer, obstructing official business and vandalism stemming from an Aug. 21 incident in Saybrook Township; and
n Mickey Lizzini, 21, of 3130 W. 43rd St., Cleveland, was indicted on escape and vandalism charges relating to a Sept. 5 incident in Andover Township. The indictment indicates he kicked out the window of an Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Department cruiser and ran from the vehicle.
