The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.
n David W. Champlin, 39, of 3834 Station Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of murder and one count of felonious assault following an Aug. 22 incident on Station Avenue in Ashtabula that police say caused the death of Gregory Attkinson on Aug. 30.
n Tod Kuscsik Jr., 42, of 2335 Eureka Road, Ashtabula, and James L. Coffman, 38, of 4250 Route 307 Lot 80, Geneva, were both indicted on one count of Illegal manufacture of drugs (methamphetamines) and one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following a July 24 incident in Ashtabula Township.
n Mark Meinke, 25, of 488 Eastwood St., Geneva, was indicted on one count of burglary (at a Webster Road home in Lenox Township) and one count of grand theft (of a .22 caliber semi-automatic rifle) following an Aug. 7.
n Kevin B. Snow, 32, of 211 Salisbury Road, Conneaut, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture or cultivation of marijuana (301 grams) and one count of possession of criminal tools following a July 5 incident in Conneaut.
n Jonathan M. Bowens, 32, of 728 W. 33rd St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin (.1 grams) and one count of resisting arrest following an August 6 incident in Ashtabula.
n Joshua M. Notte, 29, of 1522 Thayer Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin (.1 grams) following a July 25 incident in Geneva.
n Kimberly Waller, 22, of 5255 State Road Lot 11, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (.2 grams of methamphetamines) following a July 13 incident in Sheffield Township.
n Robert Appleton Jr., 23, of 1211 Columbus Ave., Apt. 2, Ashtabula, was indicted on two counts of felonious assault following a July 24 incident in Ashtabula .
n Victor G. Casbohm II, 27, of 529 Myrtle Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of tampering with evidence and one count of possession of heroin following a July 21 incident in Ashtabula.
n John E. Meadows, 41, of 1748 Carpenter Road, Ashtabula, was indicted on two counts of domestic violence following incidents in Ashtabula on July 7 and Saybrook Township on July 13.
n Matthew Wilson, 26, of 621 Lake Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines) with a forfeiture specification of $260 and one count of possession of heroin following a June 29 incident in Jefferson.
n Abdul F. Boles, 42, of 1316 W. 8th (upstairs), Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of domestic violence and one count of endangering children following a July 14 incident in Ashtabula Township.
