ASHTABULA — The 2013 Superior and Erie Intermediate schools Science Fair was held Thursday at the Ashtabula Lakeside Elementary Campus.
More than 60 students from both schools competed in the final round of the competition judged by Lakeside High School honor students.
The winners were selected from each school are:
Erie Intermediate
Sixth graders: Dylan Butch won first place; Sebastian Serrano, second; Alisa Adams, third, and Maia Aponte, Robert Richards, Morgan Skaggs, all took honorable mention.
Fifth graders: Amaya Morgan won first place; Autumn Williams, second, and Brandyn Berkowitz, Dylan Siler, Zach Lefik, third.
Fourth graders: Anamarie Gaylord won first place; Shianne Bryan, second, and Ariona Manning, third.
Superior Intermediate
Sixth graders Johnny Anservitz and Ruben Navarro won first place; Jacob McKee and Andrew Kiphart, second, and Natale DeCato and Brielle Hathy, third.
