JEFFERSON — Twelve people were indicted Friday by an Ashtabula County grand jury on various felony charges, including driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, felonious assault, child endangering, robbery and drug-related offenses.
The indictments were filed by the Ashtabula County Prosecutor’s Office and made public Monday by the clerk of courts.
The following persons were indicted:
n Michael R. Fischbach, 39, of 7835 Ninevah Road, Geneva, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs of abuse with specification, a third-degree felony.
n Patrick Bolger, 27, of 4814 Hope Ave., Ashtabula, is charged with complicity to commit aggravated burglary, a first-degree felon.
n James M. Robinson, 33, of 535 W. 41st St., Ashtabula, is charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony.
n Robin L. Jackson, 47, of 705 W. 35th St., Ashtabula, is charged with possession of drugs (crack cocaine), a fifth-degree felony.
n Javon Carr, 32, of 910 W. 38th St., Ashtabula, is charged with possession of illegal substance (crack cocaine), a fifth-degree felony.
n Bradley L. Devan Jr., 26, of 5961 State Route 534, Windsor, is charged with possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a fifth-degree felony.
n Gary R. Nelson, 28, of 6336 Bardmoor Blvd., Ashtabula, is charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony; two counts of endangering children, a second-degree felon; one count of endangering children, a third-degree felony.
n Troy McDowell, 36, of 1516 W. 29th St., Ashtabula, is charged with failure to comply, a third degree felony.
n Chester A. Arcaro III, 22, of 262 Lee St., Conneaut, is charged with fleeing and eluding a police officer, a third-degree felony.
° Justin Stokley, 19, of 9206 Miles Ave., Cleveland, is charged with trafficking in drugs (cocaine), a fourth-degree felony.
n Marcel Thompson, 18, of 1009 W. 41st St., Ashtabula, is charged with assault on a police officer, a fourth-degree felony.
n Cody Kessler, 18, of 520 Millard Ave., Conneaut, is charged with robbery, a second-degree felony.
Arraignments will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday before Common Pleas Judge Gary Yost.
