JEFFERSON - -Fifteen people were indicted Friday by an Ashtabula County grand jury on various felony charges including drug related offenses.
The indictments were filed by the Ashtabula County prosecutor's office and made public Monday by the county clerk of courts.
The following persons were indicted:
* Cindy L. Potter, 33, of 517 Sandusky St., Conneaut, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, a fifth-degree felony.
* Gary T. Jeffery, 41, of 510 Lake Road, Geneva, is charged with failure to verify his current address with the county sheriff's department and adult parole authority, a fourth-degree felony. Jeffery is a convicted sex offender resulting from a 1999 criminal case out of Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
* Alexander T. Turner, 21, of 3412 Station Ave., Apt. 1, Ashtabula, is charged with possession of drugs (crack cocaine) with forfeiture specifications, a fifth-degree felony.
* Guy O. Brown, 38, of 4024 Station Ave., Ashtabula, is charged with possessing criminal tools with forfeiture specifications, a fifth-degree felony; and trafficking in drugs (marijuana) with forfeiture specifications, a fifth-degree felony.
* Victoria Niebauer, 21, of 310 Miles Ave., Girard, Pa., is charged with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs (methamphetamine), a third-degree felony.
* Joseph P. Stack, 45, of 5072 Lakeview Dr., Andover, is charged with trafficking in drugs (cocaine), a fourth-degree felony.
* Rodwrick D. Barnes, III, 22, of 910 W. 43rd St., Ashtabula, is charged with possession of drugs (crack cocaine) with forfeiture specifications, a fourth-degree felony; illegal conveyance of weapons or prohibited items on the ground of a detention facility, a third-degree felony. Joseph L. Baldwin, 60, of 1931 E. Prospect Road, Ashtabula, is charged with theft, a fifth-degree felony.
* Jennifer McNutt, 30, of 1517 W. Prospect St., Ashtabula, is charged with assault on a police officer, a fourth-degree felony.
* Earl Horne, 47, of 1807 E. 47th St., Ashtabula, is charged with two counts of possession of drugs (methadone), a fifth-degree felony.
* Jeremy Brown, 31, of 1009 W. 43rd St., Ashtabula, is charged with attempted murder, a first-degree felony; and felonious assault, a second-degree felony.
* Jason W. Armstrong, 19, of 328 Harbor St., Conneaut, is charged with theft, a fourth-degree felony.
* Raymond D. Holcepl, III, 19, of 62 E. Main St., Orwell, is charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony.
* Michael M. Buis, 40, of 5159 Stanley Ave., Maple Heights, is charged with having weapons while under a disability, a third-degree felony; and possession of cocaine, a fourth-degree felony.
* Billy Jo Shoenberger, 34, c/o Lorain Correctional Institution, Grafton, is charged with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs (methamphetamine), a third-degree felony; trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony; possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a fifth-degree felony; and possession criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.
Arraignments for the defendants are set for 9 a.m. Friday before Common Pleas Judge Alfred Mackey.
