JEFFERSON - -Criminal indictments against seven people were returned Friday by an Ashtabula County grand jury.
The indictments were filed by the Ashtabula County Prosecutor's Office and were made public Monday by the Ashtabula County Clerk of Courts.
THE FOLLOWING PERSONS WERE INDICTED:
- Colleen Strailey, 27, of 2837 E. Center St., North Kingsville, is charged with one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony;
- Daniel S. Poff, 27, of 566 Main St., Conneaut, is charged with two counts of burglary; one is a second-degree felony, and the other a fourth-degree felony;
- Nicole Boles, 18, of 2222 Prospect, Ashtabula, is charged with one count of theft;
- Brandon L. Parker, 20, of 3403 Station Ave., Ashtabula, is charged with one count of domestic violence, a third-degree felony, and two counts of disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony;
- Patrick H. Mooney Sr., 47, of 223 E. Main St., Orwell, is charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, with specifications, a fifth degree felony; having weapons while under a disability, with specifications, a third-degree felony; and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs (methamphetamines), a third-degree felony;
- Tricia L. Hawkins, 22, of 7365 Poore Road, Conneaut, is charged with possession of drugs (methamphetamines), a fifth-degree felony; and
- Curt A. Doll II, 28, of 812 State Route 46 S., Jefferson, is charged with one count of burglary, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of possession of methamphetamines, a fifth-degree felony.
Criminal arraignments will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday before Common Pleas Court Judge Gary Yost.
