The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.
• Eugene C. Falls, 37, of 125 Austin Road Apt. 6 , Geneva, was indicted on two counts of kidnapping, two counts of rape, one count of robbery, one count of grand theft motor vehicle and one count of failure to comply following incidents occurring Feb. 2 and Nov. 4, 2012, in Ashtabula.
• Kenneth D. Clutter, 54, of 918 Hines Ave., Painesville, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin and one count of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines) following a Nov. 19 incident in Geneva.
• Shannon D. Anderson, 32, of 333 S. Market St., no. 17, Jefferson, was indicted on one count of domestic violence and one count of assault on a police officer following a Jan. 16 incident in Jefferson..
• Walter A. Perkins, 27, of 98 Elizabeth St., Geneva, was indicted on one count of escape, one count of failure to comply with a police officer, one count of receiving stolen property (a vehicle) and one count of theft (a credit card) following incidents occurring in Ashtabula between Nov. 14 and Nov. 19 in Ashtabula.
• Robin A. Perkins, 44, of 474 Robinwood Drive, Mentor, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property (a vehicle) following a Nov. 15 incident in Ashtabula.
• Donna M. Hutzell, 32, of 7291 Poore Road, Kingsville, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and three counts of child endangering following a Nov. 26 incident in Saybrook Township.
• Shaniqua Bell, 20, of 1202 Hamlin Drive, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of misuse of a credit card (involving more than $1,000) and three counts of receiving stolen property (three credit cards) following incidents occurring between Dec. 15 and Jan. 2 in Ashtabula Township.
• Marcel Porterfield, 20, of 1110 E. 18th St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of misuse of a credit card (more than $1,000), one count of receiving stolen property and three counts of complicity to receiving stolen property following Dec. 14 incidents in Ashtabula Township.
• Theodore Greeby, 50, 100 Woodlanwn St. no. 6, Geneva, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, endangering children and aggravated possession of drugs (.9 gram methamphetamines) following Dec. 14 incidents in Ashtabula Township.
• Tyler Payne, 24, of 2029 E. 45th St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, illegal manufacture of drugs and one count of aggravated arson following Dec. 8 incidents in Ashtabula.
• Mandika Smith, 32, of 1631 Tompkins Drive, Dorset, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering, one count of grand theft (a rifle), three count of grand theft (a four wheeler and two motorcycles) and one count of criminal damaging following Dec. 22 incidents in Morgan Township.
• Vernotta L. Jimenez, 33, of 2029 E. 45th St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of arson following Dec. 8 incidents in Ashtabula.
• William Newsome III, 45, of 1930 E. Prospect Lot 306, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of complicity to receiving stolen property following a Dec. 22 incident in Ashtabula Township.
• Erin S. Fleming, 32, of 1039 W. 50th St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of felonious assault, one count of having weapons under a disability (.357 revolver), one count of trafficking cocaine (94.25 grams of cocaine), one count of possession of cocaine, one count of possession of heroin and one count of possession of marijuana (168.6 grams) following incidents on Dec. 16 in Ashtabula.
• Tony J. Santilli, 25, of 100 W. 42nd St., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of permitting drug abuse following Dec. 22 incidents in Ashtabula.
• Darren Newsome, 18, of 1931 E. Prospect 306, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property (bicycles) and three counts of complicity to breaking and entering following Dec. 22 incidents in Ashtabula Township.
• Michael D. Spears, 34, of 8005 Ninvevah Road, Geneva, was indicted on one count of manufacture of drugs and three counts of endangering children following Nov. 26 incidents in Saybrook Township.
