JEFFERSON —The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.
- Chantez M. Loury, 25, 3412 Hudson Ave., Youngstown, was indicted on one count of having weapons under a disability and one count of improperly handing a firearm in a motor vehicle following an April 2 incident involving a .45 caliber pistol in Ashtabula.
- Tiffany E. Strong, 26, of 1477 Belvista Court, Rome, Aaron W. Allmon, 35, of 8001 Fenton Road, Orwell, Michelle D. Stetz, 33, of 2500 Route 322 Williamsfield, and Matthew A. Rufo, 26, 5948 Dodge Road, Rome, were all indicted on one count of conspiracy to illegally assembly or possess chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of conspiracy to illegally manufacture drugs following an April 18 incident in Rome Township.
- Johanna Rylance, 21, of 5717 Woodman Ave. Apt. 18, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of improperly handling of a firearm in a motorized vehicle following an April 2 incident in Ashtabula.
- William E. Fifolt, 40, of 2146 Clay Road, Dorset, was indicted on two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence following an Sept. 22 incident in Dorset Township. Court documents indicate the blood alcohol level was .225 and states he had at least three prior related offenses during the last six years.
- Dylan M. Ramkey, 33, of 15562 Cloverdale, Middlefield, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, illegal manufacture of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs involving methamphetamines following an April 19 incident in Jefferson.
- Katharine R. Caruducci, 25, of 305 W. St., Conneaut, and Douglas M. Mayle III, 27, 5372 Bobey Road, Conneaut, were both indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, one count of endangering children and one count of complicity to illegal manufacture of drugs following a March 17 incident in Ashtabula Township.
- Andrew L. Slapnicker Jr., 19, of 410 Carl St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines) following a Feb. 5 incident in Conneaut.
- Edward Roman, 30, of 3718 Gerald Road, Apt. 2, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of robbery and one count of petty theft following an April 14 incident at Giant Eagle in Saybrook Township.
- Monica A. Denney, 29, of 1999 Sheffield Road, Ashtabula, was indicted on four counts of illegal manufacture of drugs and two counts of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following a May 8 incident. Todd A. Furman, 31, also of 1999 Sheffield Road, Ashtabula, was indicted on four counts of illegal manufacture of drugs and one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs also following the May 8 incident.
- Maxwell R. Ashcraft, 21, or 1020 Doyle Road, Jefferson, was indicted on one count of tampering with evidence after eating a bag of contraband on May 8 in Ashtabula Township.
- Daniel H. Manning, 24, 37224 Grove Ave., Apt. 22, Willoughby, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines) following an April 28 incident in Orwell.
- Jeffrey G. Varner, 27, of 382 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (.1 grams of methamphetamines) following a May 14 incident in Geneva.
- Carlton C. Gonzalez, 32, of 904 Broad St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of attempted sexual imposition following an April 28 incident in Conneaut.
- Kristen M. Lanham, 44, and James L. Kirk, both of 1708 W. 8th St., Ashtabula, were indicted on one count of breaking and entering and one count of petty theft following an April 22 incident on West 11th St., Ashtabula, involving a water heater rheater.
- Michael A. Pudder, 23, of 396 16th St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of felonious assault following a May 18 incident in Conneaut involving a .32 caliber gun.
- Jeremy E. Smith, 27, of 6400 Route 86, Windsor, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs and one count of illegal assembly or posssession of chemicals to manufacture drugs following a May 25 incident at the Best Value Inn in Austinburg Township.
- Kenneth Sylvester, 48, of 4246 Route 84, Kingsville, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs and one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following a May 8 incident in Plymouth Township.
- Anthony Motley, 20, of 4061 E. 110th St., Cleveland, Lamar Pierce, 36, of 13995 Superior Road, Apt. 301, Cleveland, Christian Foster, 23, of 10800 Shaker Blvd., Apt. L2, Cleveland and Darnell Holloway , 25, of 7829 79th St., Cleveland, were all indicted on one count of complicity to burglary, one count of attempted burglary, one count of receiving stolen property (more than $7,500) and possession of criminal tools (a bolt cutter), following a June 5 incident in Geneva. .
- Brandon Pawlak, 24, an inmate at Lake Erie Correctional Facility, was indicted on one count of illegal conveyance of a weapon onto grounds of a detention facility (a 7 1/2 shank) following a Jan. 10 incident at the prison.
- Cody Young, 22, of 5013 Leon Road, Andover, was indicted on one count of failure to appear in court for a hearing regarding a prior drug related charge on March 13 in Jefferson.
