The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.
• Kenneth L. Ryan, 35, of 250 Rockwell St., Conneaut, was indicted on four counts of receiving stolen property, seven counts of receiving stolen property with the forfeiture specification of a 1999 Silverado and $3,200 in cash and one count of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines) following numerous incidents this summer in Conneaut.
The receiving stolen property charges included license plates, vehicles, trailers and a snowmobile.
• Three area people Anthony D. Benson, 24, of 3583 Austin Road Lot 10, Geneva; Deloris A. Johnson, 36, and Danny R. Nelson, 33, both of 2265 Austinburg Road, Ashtabula, were indicted on aggravated possession of drugs charges relating to 245.5 grams of methamphetamines found Aug. 29 in Saybrook Township.
• Kristen A. Kranauer, 30, of 1292 Mechanicsville Road, Rock Creek, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin and one count of possession of a drug abuse instrument (a syringe) following a Sept. 10 incident in Ashtabula..
• Judd G. Campbell Jr., of 503 E. Main St., Orwell, was indicted on one count of menacing by stalking following a Nov. 1 incident in Orwell.
• Jonathan B. Gibson, 28, of 270 Morgan Terrace, Rock Creek, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine (1 gram) following an Oct.r 23 incident in Hartsgrove Township.
• Jamius M. Ivy, 28, of 1710 Prospect Ave., Cleveland, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine (3.4 grams) and one count of trafficking in drugs with a forfeiture specification of $514.20 following an Oct. 23 incident in Jefferson.
• Christophr M. Brazil, 25, of Ashtabula, and Christian Rodriquez, 25, of 1040 E. 5th St., Erie, were both indicted on felonious assault charges following an Oct. 26 incident in Conneaut. Brazil was indicted for assaulting one man with a beer bottle and Rodriquez was charged with assaulting five different people with a beer bottle.
• Keith E. Wortman, 35, of 517 Blaine St., Geneva, was indicted on one count of criminal damaging and one count of domestic violence menacing following an Aug. 23 incident in Geneva Township.
• Tyrice Stackhouse, 19, of Cleveland, was indicted on one count of robbery, one count of disrupting public services and one count of petty theft following incidents which occurred Oct. 8 in Geneva.
• George W. Shuffert VI, 34, of 5889 Stoneville Road, Windsor, was indicted on one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following a Sept. 21 incident in Austinburg Township.
• Troy L. Teter, 33, of 6257 March Road, Pierpont, was indicted on one count of robbery, one count of vandalism and two counts of petty theft following incidents which occurred in la• Melissa L. Sutley, 38, of 473 Mill Road, Conneaut, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (1.6 grams of oxycodone) following an October incident in Conneaut.
• Jonathan C. Gogul, 25, of 6137 Jefferson Road, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of complicity to possession of heroin and one count of possession of a drug abuse instrument (syringe) following a Sept. 10 incident in Ashtabula.
• Jory Rhodes, 25, of 168 W. 14th St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin (.1 gram) and two counts of receiving stolen property following a Sept. 22 incident in Conneaut.
• Nathaniel Poff, 20, of 111 S. Ridge Road E., Conneaut, was indicted on two counts of trafficking in marijuana following a September incident involving 18 grams of the drug in Conneaut.
• Allen J. Tantari Jr., 43, of 470 Leamur Dr., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines), one count of receiving stolen property (a motorcycle) and one count of possession of heroin (.1grams) following incidents which occurred this summer in Conneaut.
• James A. Stanford, 53, of 6622 Hayes Road, Andover, was indicted on one count of domestic violence and one count of disrupting public services following an Aug. 10 incident in Wayne Township.
• Ronald W. Emus III, 43, of 7208 S. Ridge Road E., Geneva, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin (.1 grams) and one count of possessing drug abuse instruments (2 syringes) following an Aug. 8 incident in Geneva.
• Corey Thomas, 28, of 5125 New London Road, Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property, one count of possession of heroin (less than a gram), one count of trafficking in drugs (23 and a half Xanax tablets) with a forfeiture specification of $111.81, one count of possession of cocaine (.1 grams) and one count of receiving stolen property following incidents that occurred in July and August in Ashtabula Township, Ashtabula and Saybrook Township
