JEFFERSON —
A Madison man charged with trying to hit someone with a vehicle was one of 10 people recently indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury.
All indictment information is taken from Ashtabula County Court records.
n Mark Lambert, 20, of 1801 Stirling Road, was indicted on charges of felonious assault and aggravated menacing following a June 4 incident in Geneva Township.
n Robert E. Barger, 47, of 3700 Route 84, Kingsville, was indicted on charges of burglary and theft (of more than $500) following a May 14 incident in Windsor Township.
n Mark J. Makohus, 53, of 52 Janate Ave., Orwell, was indicted on two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence with the specification of prior similar convictions following an incident that occurred in Orwell on June 29.
n Brian T. LeMasters, P.O. Box 298 1850 Mill St., Austinburg, was indicted on charges of aggravated trespassing and menacing following a June 12 incident occurring in Austinburg Township.
n Loretta Lynn Nelson, 43, of 4728 Topper Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on charges of felonious assault and domestic violence following a June 19 incident occurring in Ashtabula and burglary and theft following a Nov. 11, 2010, incident in Ashtabula Township.
n Ricky L. Emerson,26, of 538 W. Richmond Road, Dorset, was indicted on charges of aggravated burglary and obstructing official business following a July 27 incident occurring in Ashtabula.
n Rodwrick Barnes, 27, of 910 W. 43rd St., Ashtabula, was indicted on a charges of failure to appear at a sentencing in Jefferson on Aug. 3.
n Michelle L. Bryan, 33, of P.O. Box 822, Andover, was indicted on a charges of vehicular assault and three counts of operating under the influence following a June 21 incident in Andover Township. Court records indicate Bryan had a .161 blood alcohol level and marijuana in her system at the time of the arrest.
n Jorge L. Luyando, 34, of 321 Grant St. #2, Geneva, was indicted on a charge of failure to appear for a court date relating to charges of intimidating a witness and domestic violence.
n Raymond T. Childs, 29, of 8520 Fortney Road, Orwell, was indicted on charges of burglary and theft following an April 14 incident (involving more than $500) in Windsor Township.
