JEFFERSON — The following people have been indicted by an Ashtabula County Grand Jury and are set for arraignment in Common Pleas Court.
• Billy L. Trent, 19, of 4908 Jefferson Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property following an Oct. 25 incident in Ashtabula involving more than $1,000 of jewelry.
• William J. Loomis, 45, of 564 Harbor St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, one count of illegal assembly of drugs or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of possession of drug abuse instruments following a Nov. 7 incident in Conneaut.
• Lisa Harris, 24, of 2325 Ohio Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence following an April 6 incident in Plymouth Township. The indictment included a specification stating Harris has been convicted of five other related offenses.
• Russell Retallick, 22, of 2239 Coy Mill Dr., Geneva, was indicted on one count of felonious assault following an incident Oct. 26 in Harpersfield Township.
• George M. Zeigler, 34, of 620 Lake Road, Conneaut, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, one count of illegal assembly of drugs or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and three counts of child endangerment following a November incident in Denmark Township.
• Shawn Summers, 25, of 524 Lakeview Ave., Conneaut, was indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, one count of illegal assembly of drugs or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of child endangerment following a Nov. 14 incident in Conneaut.
• Alexandra Signar, 19, of 1883 Beaver Circle, Roaming Shores, and Corey L. Johnson, 21, of 47 S. Elm St., Jefferson, were indicted on one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, one count of illegal assembly of drugs or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and one count of aggravated possession of drugs following a Nov. 10 incident in Ashtabula Township involving methamphetamines.
• Luis D. Gonzalez, 32, of 5309 Route 307, Geneva, was indicted on one count of domestic violence following an Oct. 24 incident in Harpersfield Township.
• Heather Bradbury, 30, of 1727 Hayford Road, Rock Creek, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines), one count of illegal manufacture of drugs and one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs following a Nov. 13 incident in Morgan Township.
• Michael G. OBrien, 38, of 445 W. Beech St., Jefferson, was indicted on two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence following a Nov. 16 incident in Ashtabula.
• Carl Testerman, 44, of 638 Sherman St., Conneaut, was indicted on one count aggravated possession of drugs following a Nov. 27 incident in Geneva involving 1.5 grams of methamphetamines.
• Darien Williams, 34, of 1014 Seymour Dr., Ashtabula, was indicted on two counts of illegal assembly of drugs or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and three counts of child endangerment following an Oct. 22 incident in Ashtabula.
• Tyler M. Nelson, 2919, Avon Blvd., Ashtabula, was indicted on one count of robbery following a Nov. 29 incident in Ashtabula.
