- A caller reported a disturbance at a store at 2203 Lake Ave. at 10:58 a.m. Friday after a shoplifter pushed a store employee as he made his getaway. When police arrived the suspect had fled the store on foot. The suspect was described as a white male, blond with a slim build. Police are still looking for the suspect.
- A disturbance was reported at 1923 Bob White Drive at 10:59 a.m. Friday.
- Domestic violence was reported at 3131 Glover Drive at 11:45 a.m. Friday.
- A burglary was reported at 5404 Samuel Ave. at 12:20 p.m. Friday.
- A suspicious person was reported in the 5100 block of Main Avenue at 1:17 p.m. Friday.
- A disturbance was reported at 4217 State Road at 2:31 p.m. Friday.
- A disturbance was reported at 427 Ohio Ave. at 3 p.m. Friday.
- Threats were reported at 5717 Woodman Ave. at 4:57 p.m. Friday.
- A caller reported an unresponsive male who may have taken a drug overdose in the Circle K store, 5821 Main Ave., at 8:19 p.m. Friday. The man was revived and restrained. An ambulance transported the man to Ashtabula County Medical Center. No further details were available.
- An animal at large was reported at 4022 Cleveland Ave. at 9:31 p.m. Friday.
- Runaways were reported in the 800 block of Center Street at 10:24 p.m. Friday.
- A disturbance was reported at 1019 Seymour Drive at 10:55 p.m. Friday.
- A disturbance was reported at 523 W. 34th St. at 11:44 p.m. Friday.
- A disturbance was reported at 4316 West Ave. at 23:52 p.m. Friday.
- A suspicious person was reportedly littering Main Avenue in the vicinity of West 44th Street at 6:45 a.m. Saturday.
- Vandalism was reported at 1748 W. 19th St. at 3:38 p.m. Saturday.
- Domestic violence was reported at 5835 Washington Ave. at 8:09 p.m. Saturday.
- Police were called to assist the Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Office with the arrest of a signed domestic violence warrant.
