ANDOVER — An Andover area man was taken by helicopter to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Youngstown early Monday evening following a one-vehicle crash on Route 85 east of the village, said Ohio Highway Patrol Trooper Aaron Belcher.
Mark E. Hudnall, 52, of Andover went off the right side of the road near the mile post on Route 85 and struck a utility pole just before 5 p.m., Belcher said. He said the man was traveling with his dog that ran off after the crash and was not located.
Hudnall was driven to the hospital in Andover and then flown by helicopter to Youngstown from there, according to Belcher.
