Should President Obama win a second term I fear that the United States we know and love will no longer exist as we know it.
The open mike episode with Russian President Medvedev where Obama remarked that after his re-election he would have more flexibility.
Obama has made Congress moot. He does everything by executive order, thereby bypassing Congress.
He seems to want the American public to depend upon the federal government for everything.
Private gun ownership will be a thing of the past. An unarmed populace is easier to control. Political correctness seems to be the law of the land.
I also believe that free speech and the dispensing of news will be greatly curtailed. I believe there will be an open border with Mexico.
Before Obama was elected to the presidency I said that I didn’t’ care for him as a candidate because of his lack of experience and never having run any kind of business.
I didn’t trust him and nothing he has done since then has changed my mind. There are many good men black, white and Hispanic that would be much better choices to lead the United States out of the mess we are in.

Your editorial in the July 28 Opine section of the Star Beacon in regard to slow drivers causing accidents, while praising fast drivers, really pulled my chain, so to speak.
