BLUE MOUNTAIN, Miss. — LaVerne “Sue” Good, age 63, died Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at her home.
Born in Ashtabula, Ohio, on March 16, 1946, today is her first birthday in heaven. She was a daughter to the late Sherman Lynnwood Gee and Lena Rockwell (Gaskell) Gee. Sue attended Ashtabula schools and resided here for many years before moving to Mississippi.
She was a factory worker for Eco Water Company in Ripley, Miss.
She was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church of New Albany, Miss.
Survivors include her husband, Walter J. Good; one son, Walter James Good II (Amanda) of Blue Mountain; four daughters, Robin Keith (Michael) of Pontotoc, Carrie Madonna (Michael) of Myrtle, Donna Howard (Kurt) of Ecru and Leigh “Kitten” Buntin of Tupelo; one brother, Walter B. Gee (Sarah) of Ashtabula; one sister, MariLynn Gee of Ashtabula; 23 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Walter Good Jr.; and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held in Mississippi.
