GENEVA-ON-THE-LAKE —
Victoria J. “Vicki” Shatto, age 58, of Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio, died Tuesday, August 31, 2010, at her home.
She was born August 15, 1952, in Geneva, the daughter of Edgar H. and Lillian (Smith) Allen. Vicki married Hyler M. Shatto on Sept. 18, 1984, in Geneva-on-the-Lake.
She was the owner of Allen Court Cottages and Motel in Geneva-on-the-Lake. She was a member and EMT with the Geneva-on-the-Lake Fire Department and Auxiliary, a member of Geneva Township Park Board and a former bus driver for Geneva Schools.
Hobbies include hiking, camping and exploring the Grand Canyon area. She resided several years in Sedona, Ariz. during the winter months.
She is survived by her husband, Hyler “Chuck”; sons, Jesse of Geneva-on-the-Lake, Mark and Scott (Carla), both of Geneva and Phillip of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; daughter, Kimberley (Joe) Rexroad of Stuart, Fla.; grandson, Tyler; and a brother, James E. Allen of Geneva-on-the-Lake.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial Service will be 1 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 7th, at WALKER FUNERAL HOME, 828 Sherman St., Geneva, with James Lauria officiating.
