CLEVELAND — Lucinda Hart, age 64, a resident of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Monday, Nov. 2, 2009, of A.L.S. at Hospice of the Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio.
Born Jan. 13, 1945, in Portage, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Pauline (Burkett) and Rhuden Burnheimer and has been a resident of Geneva for the last 3 years. She previously had been a longtime resident of Madison. On June 13, 1964, she married Ralph Hart.
A Homemaker, Cindy was a lover of animals, an avid reader, and a dedicated mother and grandmother. She was also a 10-year survivor of breast cancer.
Survivors include three daughters, Jeanne (Scott) Calvert of Madison, Pamela (Leonard) Geib of West Farmington and Ann (Ray Arnold) Hart of Geneva; a son, Doug (Josh Ontko) Hart of Elyria; eight grandchildren, Brittany, Kurstin, Rachael, Shawn, Austin, Jocelyn, Lane and Catrina; one great-grandchild, Owen; a sister, Debbie (Keith) Butz of Madison; and a nephew and niece, Jason (Sarah) Doland and Jodi Hanbury.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 5th, at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOMES AND CREMATORY, 26 River St., Madison, Ohio.
Funeral Service will be 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 6th, at the Funeral Home with the Rev. William Alvey officiating. Final resting place will be at Fairview Cemetery in Madison, Ohio.
