JEFFERSON — Agnes Bertha Beebe, age 86, a resident of Austinburg, Ohio, passed away Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, at Jefferson Healthcare.
Born Jan. 22, 1926, in Madison, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Marijana (Germek) and Anton Debevc. On August 28, 1948, she married Norman E. Beebe in Madison, Ohio.
A homemaker, Agnes enjoyed gardening, sewing and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She was a member of Assumption Catholic Church and AMLA Lodge #30 in Fairport, Ohio.
Survivors include her daughters, Jean (Brian) Brand of Jefferson, Ohio, Jane (Richard) Beebe Hill of Ashtabula, Ohio, and Janet Beebe of Austinburg, Ohio; her son, Earl (Mary Beth) Beebe of Chardon, Ohio; grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer) Brand of Jefferson, Gerrie (Amy Geiger) Brand of Columbus, Joshua (April) Brand of Wiggins, Miss., Alexandria Hill of Ashtabula and Christina, Michael Norman, Mark and David Beebe, all of Chardon; great-grandchildren, Kate, Megan, Benjamin, Joshua and April Brand, Sarah Artman and Jeffrey Carrick; sister, Dorothy (Frank) Zupscan; and sister-in-law, Rose Debevc.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman E. Beebe in 1999; her parents, Anton and Marijana Debevc; sisters, Julie Grabelsek and Antonette Debevc; and brother, Tony Debevc.
Friends will be received from 9 to 10:30 a.m., Friday, Jan. 11th, at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 175 South Broadway, Geneva, Ohio 44041.
Funeral Service will be 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 11th, at Assumption Catholic Church, 594 West Main St., Geneva, with Fr. Rusnik officiating. Final resting place will be Center Cemetery in Austinburg, Ohio.
