MENTOR —
Cora Mae (McKee) Mosher Barstow passed away Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, in Mentor, Ohio.
She was born in Conneaut, Ohio, to Donald N. and Ruth M. (Book) McKee. She was a 1940 graduate of Conneaut High School and music was always an important part of her life.
She was employed as a secretary in various schools and businesses during her lifetime. She retained membership in the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, Massachusetts, and branch churches for many years.
Survivors include her son, Jerry S. Mosher of Oakland, Calif.; daughters, Colleen (Bill) Haffa of Mentor, Ohio and Connie (Robert) Collins of Concord, Ohio; a son-in-law, E.E. Peters of Blanchard, Okla.; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her daughter, Cynthia Semmerling; two sisters, Joann Laird and Colleen McKee; and her brother, Jack McKee.
A Memorial Service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 6th, at MARCY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTER, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, Ohio.
No calling hours will be observed. There will be a time of fellowship following the Services at the Marcy Family Center, 180 Harbor St., Conneaut.
In lieu of flowers, a contribution to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 E. 185th St., Cleveland, Ohio 44119, or to a church of donor’s choice is suggested.
