MONROE TOWNSHIP — Brian D. Bowers Sr., age 45, of Monroe Township, Ohio, died unexpectedly Wednesday evening, June 6, 2012, at his home.
Born April 18, 1967, in Erie, Pa., he was the son of Judith M. (Richards) Bowers and the late Donald L. Bowers Sr.
Brian was employed as a press operator at Press Rite.
He enjoyed hunting, carpentry, gardening, anything to do with the outdoors, and spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter.
Survivors include his wife, Rosina (McCumber) whom he married July 13, 1985; his mother of Monroe Township; two sons, Brian D. Bowers Jr. and Bradley D. Bowers, both of Conneaut; his granddaughter, Adyson Bowers of Conneaut; two sisters, Becky (Jim) Crowl and Adrian (Michael) Douglas, all of Conneaut; two brothers, Russell (Sandy) Bowers and Donald (Becky) Bowers Jr., all of Conneaut; his in-laws, Roy and Sally McCumber Sr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; a brother, Miles “Mike” Bowers; and his grandparents.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Conneaut Eagles Club from 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, June 10th.
Memorial contributions may be made to his family. Envelopes will be available at the Eagles Club and at the MARCY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTER, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, Ohio, which has charge of arrangements.
